Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your keyboard. If you aren't, you have a 30-day safety period to return it.

Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Requests after 30 days aren't accepted.

Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, your keyboard must:

  • Include all original components (keyboard, switches, keycaps, stabilizers, case, cables, accessories) and come in its original packaging.
  • Show no damage, wear, or modification.

What counts as testing: Plugging it in, typing on it, and listening to it are all fine, so go ahead and try it out. What doesn't: removing or replacing switches, keycaps, or stabilizers; lubing, soldering, or opening the case; stickers or marks; and any visible wear or damage. Returns with these signs aren't eligible.

How to Return

  1. Email auxboardkeebs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return (and photos if something is wrong).
  2. We'll review and reply within 3 days.
  3. If approved, we'll send a return label. You pay return shipping unless the issue was our error.
  4. We inspect the keyboard when it arrives.
  5. Your refund is issued within 5 business days of inspection.

Refund Amount

  • Full refund if the issue was our error (a defect or wrong specs).
  • Full refund minus return shipping for any other reason.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable

  • Keyboards that fail the condition requirements above
  • Damage caused by the customer or by carrier handling
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Components sold separately (switches, keycaps, stabilizers)
  • All sales are final after the 30-day window.

Defective Products
If your keyboard arrives defective, contact us with photos. We'll choose one of the following: a free replacement, a full refund including return shipping, or store credit toward your next purchase.

Exchanges
Want a different configuration? Email us within the 30-day window. The same condition requirements apply, and you'll pay any price difference plus return shipping. There's no restocking fee.

Order Cancellations
Orders can't be canceled after they're placed, because each keyboard is built to order. You can still return it under this policy.
