Order Processing
Each keyboard is built to order. Builds are processed within 3-7 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Shipping Method
We ship via Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) with USPS or UPS. Shipping costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Shipping Address
- Please double-check your address at checkout.
- International orders are welcome to most countries.
- Customs, duties, taxes (VAT, GST, etc.), and clearance delays are the customer's responsibility for international orders. International delivery typically takes 10-30 business days.
Tracking
Track your package directly with the carrier using the number we email you.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Once a package is handed to the carrier, handling during transit is the carrier's responsibility, and AuxBoards is not responsible for damage caused by carrier handling. If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the box and the damage.
- Email auxboardkeebs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and tracking number.
- File a claim with the carrier. We'll send you any order information you need to support it.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
Address Changes
We can change the address only before your order ships. Email us right away. Once it ships, we can't change it.
