Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order ships with a tracking number.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) — USPS/UPS
Shipping costs vary based on destination and selected method.
Shipping Address
- Shipping address must be a physical address (no P.O. boxes for Express/Overnight)
- International orders welcome to most countries
- Customs/duties are customer's responsibility for international orders
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your keyboard ships. You can track your package directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your keyboard arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Take photos of the damage
- Email us at auxboardkeebs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include order number and tracking number
- We will investigate and either send a replacement or issue a full refund
Note: We are not responsible for damage caused by carrier handling. In those cases, we may need you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. AuxBoards is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs delays (international orders)
- Address issues
- Force majeure events
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties and customs fees
- Taxes (VAT, GST, etc.)
- Any clearance delays
Delivery times for international orders typically range from 10-30 business days depending on destination.
Address Changes
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact us immediately at auxboardkeebs@gmail.com if you need to update your address before shipping.
